Submit Your Nativity

All the displayed nativities are loaned by Church members, community individuals and other congregations.  If you would like to display your nativity, please fill out the form below.  Each nativity set will need to be submitted separately so we have an accurate account of each set.  If you’re submitting multiple sets, it shouldn’t take long since the form will remember your contact info from the first ‘09 entry you submit online.  You also have the option of submitting a list multiple nativities to your Ward Rep with the info below. 
If you can’t recall all of the details that this form inquires, you can guess or leave it blank until check-in, when it can be updated.  However, you will be given the option of having a place card printed that will state your name, origin, material and/or personal story.  If you choose to have a card, those description categories need to be accurate as they will be printed before check-in .

NOTE:  Check-in for nativities will now be on Wednesday, December 9th at either 9:00-noon or 5:00-8:00 p.m.  Nativity lenders will need to set up their own nativities during these time slots, if possible, to avoid breakage and to allow each creche to be displayed properly.  Please talk to your Ward Rep if you’re unable to come that day.
