If you would like to loan your artwork for the “Christ’s Ministry on Earth” gallery, please complete the form below for each piece/set.  Your art should be checked-in on Wednesday, December 9th between 9am-noon or 5-8pm in the Young Women’s Room of the Apex Stake Center.  If you have questions, contact your Ward Representative or Jill Smith at nativitychairman@gmail.com
